Music and Sounds: Making of a Video

I quite often get into a discussion with my Clients and their Realtor about music and its effect on our lives, and I'm always looking for new, cool doohickeys that involve music. Such a doohickey was brought to my attention this morning. The original is over in the blog of Danny Thornton of Knoxville, Tennessee, so I thought I'd bring it over to the West Coast.

Hope it can help some of my good Realtor friends.

Via Danny Thornton (Home America Mortgage, INC.):

Have you ever been watching a 360 tour of a property and wondered why there was no music. Did you think to yourself that it would flow just a little better with some music. What about when you are making a 360 tour? Have you ever thought about how great it would be to add music to it?

Well, today, I came across a site that sales sound effects as well as music. One of the great things that I liked about the sound effects were that these are Royalty Free. For our business, the word free is king. The less money that you have to spend, the better you are in the long run. The thing is, you really do not want to skip out on quality, so adding some music might just be the ticket to the showing.

In another instance, lets say that you child has to make a video presentation at school and you want it to be the best. How great would it be to have access to sound effects that another might not have. This would definitely help put your child up and above the rest of the competition.

The Last thing that I like about this platform is the fact that you load stock music that you have the rights to and sell your own music. This is a big deal for someone that might want a start in the music world but that does not have the money to pay for it.

Russel, thanks for thinking enough of my post to reblog it. I appreciate the continued support.

Russel, Thanks for sharing this.  My husband is a musician and we have a recording studio in our home.  I'll get him to record some nice guitar jamming and upload it to this site to share with others.  I have tried to get him to give me some for my own listings, and maybe this will help him find the time.
